What We Need

Please provide your rangehood brand and model number, where it was purchased, your full installation address and the external motor model if applicable.

Photos to Upload

Please send clear photos showing:

• The complete kitchen or alfresco cooking area, including rangehood, cabinetry and ceiling.
• The roof area above the rangehood, including roof type and colour where known.
• The external wall or eaves if this may be used for venting.
• Inside the cabinet and existing ducting, if applicable.

Photos of the roof can be taken safely from ground level. There is no need to climb onto the roof.

Measurements

Please provide the benchtop-to-ceiling height and rangehood width. A photo showing the tape measure in position is helpful.

External Motor Rangehoods

For systems such as Schweigen, Falmec and Whispair, please provide the external motor model and, for metal roofs, the roof profile and roof pitch if known.

If the roof pitch or installation requirements cannot be confirmed from your information, we can arrange a site check measure for a call-out fee.
